Client: Julie Stevens, survivor of stage 4 inoperable colon cancer, data gatherer and visionary, Prescription Mojo (selection from full set of images below).
Background: Having just completed building Prescription Mojo's website and writing multiple books about strategically surviving cancer with a combination of data tracking, diet, exercise, naturopathic therapies, infusions and joy maximization, Julie had a variety of uses for some new branding photos and reached out to me for a branding overhaul.
Strategy: Julie wanted her branding photos to depict her in the environment where all the magic happened; at her very own home. After consulting Julie about all the dimensions of her cancer crushing strategy, we agreed that her photos should depict her with costumes she has worn for infusion parties, interacting with her naturopathic doctor and the supplements and the data they tracked, as well as the fitness and nutrition aspects of her journey.
Execution: We divided her shoot into 4 parts: (1)headshots (both business and casual), (2) costumes, (3) supplements/data and (4) health/nutrition.
